The e-mail address you used to register is permanent and cannot be changed. You may create a new account with another email address.

I did not receive the newsletter subscription coupon to my email. What can I do?

How do I search for a product?

You may type in the name, brand, or type of product you are looking in the space marked "What are you looking for?"

How do I buy a product at

You may buy a product by clicking on the product of your choice and clicking the “Buy (Price)” button. In the Cart page, you can review the total price of your order. Please provide the corresponding delivery information and the preferred payment method for your order.

There are some products that I cannot ‘Add to Cart’ and instead redirects me to the external e-commerce site. What is the difference?

There are products from other e-commerce sites like Zalora, Pormada, Sesura, and Taste Central that you cannot checkout on Takatack. Instead, these products will redirect you to their corresponding sites and you can checkout from there.

You can buy products from TackThis! merchants directly from Takatack.

Where can I find detailed information about the product?

Each product's page also has a "Product Details" section at the bottom. This may contain description, dimensions, color, sizes, and other relevant info.

How do I receive my Order Confirmation for the purchased product?

You will receive your Order Confirmation via email after you have completed the checkout page.

Why didn’t I receive any confirmation email after placing an order?

Please check your Cart if the products that you ordered are still listed. If your products are listed, this means that you were unable to proceed to checkout. If the products you ordered are not listed, please send an email to

Are the products posted on your site authentic?

All Takatack merchants are legitimate and they fulfill transactions made on Takatack. Rest assured that your order/s will be delivered in good condition and in a timely manner.

How do I use a coupon on Takatack?

Please refer to this link and follow Step #4. Do note that coupon codes are valid only for products that are marked "Fulfilled by Takatack".

How do I retrieve a coupon code if I used on it on a cancelled order?

The coupon code will be sent to your email within 24-48 business hours after your order has been marked as cancelled.

How can I cancel my order?

How can I change the color / size of my ordered product?

You may send an email to with your complete order details and your new preferred color or size. Do note that once your product has been marked as "For Pickup" already, we won’t be able to change its variant anymore.


What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept cash-on-delivery, credit card, cash deposit, Paypal, Dragonpay, SEMPCO (for Smart Employees only), and Online Banking.

Do you keep my credit card details?

We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed. Rest assured that every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment.

What if I will be out when the package arrives at home?

You will need to sign a letter of authorization appointing a representative at your chosen delivery area to claim your prize. You must also indicate a witness in the letter in order to verify the identity of your representative.

How do I change my payment method after I checkout my order?

Send an email to containing the details of your order and your desired payment method. Do note that this request will be subject for approval by the Takatack team.

Do you have installment payments?

As of now, we do not accept installment payments. Straight payment is available through PayPal or Credit Cards.

Can I place an order using another person's credit card?

You must provide the two valid government-issued IDs of the card holder and a photocopy of the used credit card. You may cover the 5 last digits of the card for your protection.

What should I do if my Dragonpay reference ID expired?

If you haven’t paid for the order yet, it will be automatically cancelled. If you still want to purchase your chosen products, you must place a new order.

If you settled the payment but failed to verify it, please send an email to with your proof of payment. We will forward your email to Dragonpay for verification.


When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered within 2-7 business days. You may contact to check the status of your orders. We will also be sending you regular updates on the status of your orders via email.

What if the merchant is a Provincial merchant?

We will need a longer lead time for orders that will come from provinces because these have to be delivered here to Metro Manila for processing. The order should be delivered to you within 7-14 days.

Can I have an authorized representative receive the product on my behalf?

For cash-on-delivery: Yes. Please leave your payment with the authorized representative and ensure that he/she is available at any time of the day.

For other payment methods: Yes. For security purposes, please leave an authorization letter and a copy of your two valid government-issued IDs with the representative.

Do you have a specific time of delivery?

No. The delivery schedule will depend on the courier’s route and volume of parcels.

How do I track the shipment of my order?

The waybill number will be sent to you via email once your order is marked as "in-transit". You may view it for your reference.

Which courier will deliver the product?

We have JamExpress, 2GO, and Zyllem as courier partners. It would depend on your payment method and location.

How will I be notified before the delivery of the product?

Once your product is marked as "in-transit", we will send the waybill number to you via email, so you can track the shipment of your package. The couriers may also text or call you prior to delivery.

How can I get my product if my delivery area is categorized as OSA (Out of Serviceable Area)?

One of our ambassadors will get in touch with you regarding the details on how and where you can pick up the product.

Do you have international delivery?

As of now, we do not have international delivery. We do have nationwide delivery coverage.

How many delivery attempts do you have?

Our courier partners have 3 delivery attempts. If the product is still undelivered after the third attempt, the product will automatically be returned to the merchant and your order will be cancelled.

What can I do if I received an incomplete product?

You may send an email to containing the complete details of your order and the product that you received. Please attach images of the product to the email. Our ambassador will get in touch with you regarding the delivery of missing product/s.


Can I return my product?

Returns should be directly coordinated with Takatack if you found your order defective within 7 days of delivery. Takatack will handle pick-up of the item from the customer and coordination with Merchant. The product’s condition will be evaluated according to the Merchant’s judgment. The merchant can either have your product repaired, replaced, or refunded.

How can I return it? Should I ship the product back to the seller?

As reported product for return, Takatack will coordinate with customer scheduling of item pull out and return to merchant. You will be entitled to a shipping fee refund if the product is found to be defective. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), found eligible for refund or right to cancel transaction we will credit your account. Please allow 10 business days for the refund of your payment (excluding discount and coupons used). In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase.

For your convenience, we offer e-credit refund option to your Takatack Account used during the transaction.

What will happen if the product I returned is not found to be defective?

You may be liable for the costs incurred for having the product returned to you, as well as the costs which may have been incurred by Takakack for having the product returned to them for inspection.
